Yes, this is a pet-friendly property allowing a maximum of 2 domestic pets per unit. A pet deposit is required, all pets must be well behaved, friendly and altered.

Currently wifi is not included in the monthly rent.

Is there in-suite laundry?

No, however new card-operated facilities are located on the first floor of the building.

Do the suites have dishwasher?

No, suites do not have dishwasher.

The building was constructed in 1971.

Yes, the building is equipped with an elevator.

Is parking available?

Yes, assigned parking is available for a nominal fee + an abundance of street parking is also available.

Yes, when a unit becomes vacant it undergoes a full renovation consisting of vinyl plank flooring, shaker style cabinetry, new countertops, stainless steel appliances, new window treatments, lighting + much more.
